Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

PREORDERS (IMPORTANT)
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product is not yet in stock and will be shipped at a later date.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

You may cancel a preorder at any time before it has been processed or shipped by contacting: hello@herpurefuze.com

Once a preorder has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to this return policy.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@herpurefuze.com with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used products
- Dietary supplements (if opened)
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop’s policies and guidelines.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
