Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a PureFuze subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at hello@herpurefuze.com.

Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, PureFuze may offer products for pre-order. These are items that are not yet in stock but are expected to become available.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

Your order will be fulfilled at a future date once inventory becomes available
Payment may be collected at checkout

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been processed or shipped by contacting hello@herpurefuze.com.

Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

Try Before You Buy
PureFuze does not currently offer a “try before you buy” program.

If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
